[ November 6-7 '09 | SPHS ]

Thomas Edison dreams of lightning up the world when he's still young. After his studies, he pursue his dreams and work hard to achieve this dream. He had 1000 trials and failed but this never bring him down. On his 1001 trial, he already got it and his dream come true.

-- That was a part of our guest speakers speech. She told us that story because she said that failure is not a hindrance in reaching our dreams. We also have another two guest speakers who told us how to be a good leader and how we can value even the smallest thing around us.

When we are on our commission room ( I'm in Commission 7 ) we had activities that can build up our unity, enhance our leadership skills and our character. Most of us enjoyed "The Train", its played by putting a blind fold on all the members/players except the head. Then, everybody will pass through many obstacles. It was tiring but it's so much fun !

At night, we had our talent night. Everybody enjoyed it. We even make our mentors' jaw and stomach ache because of laughing at our funny performances.

Everything was perfectly done. All of us learned so much things that can improve ourselves and our leadership skills. This leadership training will be an unforgettable event in my last years of staying here in our school. I WILL NEVER FORGET.
